Business Conference (tables)

Every year internationally active publishers, distribution companies and  suppliers meet with their business partners at the Business Conference in bilateral meetings. For more than 50 years Distripress has been offering this valuable service to its members, making it possible to meet their international partners in one place. A unique market place in its way, the Business Conference is an indispensable institution of the international trade. This year over 1000 participants from over 70 countries are expected.

The format
Distribution companies and suppliers have a fixed table with number allocated to them for the duration of the congress. Publishing house representatives circulate around the tables of their contacts. Individual business meetings are arranged by the companies prior to the congress and usually last half an hour.
As congress time is precious, participants in the business conference plan their meetings up to six months in advance – it is therefore reasonable to contact the desired partners as soon as possible.

Access to the tables area is only allowed for delegates of member companies with Regular Cards from Tuesday until Thursday. On Monday, September 27 the tables area is closed.
